Hooklift Driver

Couto Construction, an award-winning family-run company serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is looking for a reliable Driver. Join our team and play a key role in keeping our job sites clean, safe, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up containers from job sites
• Dispose of container contents safely and responsibly
• Load and unload materials needed for job sites
• Sign inventory in and out accurately
• Communicate effectively and follow direction from the inside production team
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

• Current DOT card (must be up-to-date)
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Schedule:

• 8–10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
